I have been busy taking people's engagement pictures! It has been fun and I love it so it's good. This is my friend Joe Burrell and his lovely fiance Heather Jackson. They have been fun to take pictures for and here are a few of my favorites!

Kacie's Engagement Pictures

So my cousin Kacie called me the other day and asked me to take her engagement pictures so me and my friend Kellie went and took pictures for her. They turned out really cute and I'm excited to take them at the wedding in October. I'm kinda nervous though because it's the first wedding I will have taken and I'm not sure how to do that but it's okay. I will figure it out!!

PS There is something magical about black and white photos so that's why most of them are in black and white!

Middle of the Night Roommate Stories...

Too bad this one is about me and it's the first one that has happened. On Saturday my roommate Katie Layden from Holbrook moved in YAY!!! We had a fun time with her. We stayed up really late us three girls (me, Jessica, and Katie) and I'm the party pooper that goes to bed early. Anyway, my nightly ritual is between one and two in the morning I have to wake up to go to the bathroom because I drink a ton of water right before bed. Last night I went to bed at like 10:30 because I was so exhausted. Jessica and Katie stayed up I don't know how late but I woke up a little after one because I had to go to the bathroom...nightly ritual remember? So I got up and I don't remember getting up but I remember wandering around mine and Jessica's room and I couldn't find the bathroom! I was so turned around and so lost. Somehow I got over to Jessica's bed and I don't remember touching her but all of the sudden a hand grabbed my arm!! I freaked out (because it's dark and we were watching a scary TV show before bed and I didn't really know where I was) and she was like "Andie, what are you doing?" And I just said, "Jess I can't find the bathroom!" She was like "It's over there Andie." So I started walking away and I turned around and said, "Will you turn on a light so I can find it please?" So she turned on her cell phone and it lit the hallway so I knew where I had to go to get to the bathroom. I woke up the this morning and I asked her, "What was I doing last night?" She just said, "I wondered if you would remember." I said, "I remember I couldn't find the bathroom and you scared me when you grabbed my arm and then you turned on a light." She just started laughing and told me that I scared her when I touched her arm, I just said, "Well you scared me when you grabbed my arm!!" We had a good fun laugh this morning in our trailer!

Missionaries!

This weekend has been full of missionaries getting ready to leave to go to the MTC. The first one is my best friend Jason Shelton. He has been my friend since forever! and we are really really close. We spent the entire afternoon together the day that he got set apart, only before he got set apart! He is going to Ecudar and reports on August 12.

The second missionary leaving this week is my cousin Tarlton Ferrin. He is going to Argentina and also leaves on August 12. On the Ferrin side of the family there are five cousin's that are born about every six weeks apart. We call ourselves the quints. We got our last group photo for two years after Tarlton's talk today at church! He will be a great missionary!These first two pictures are by age, starting with me born in august, then allison in october, kandis in november, jillian in january and tarlton in april.

We all love Tarlton and he is going to be a fantastic missionary!

Gila Valley Temple

I love watching the progress of the temple. Here are some pictures that I didn't take but I love to look at them anyway! We are so blessed to get such a lovely temple in the Gila Valley.

We just have to remember that the blessings are great! but Satan is trying very hard on the people in this valley and we need to be stronger than he is!
