Wisdom Teeth

On Friday i got my wisdom teeth taken out. Not one of the best experiences of my life, but it was okay. I don't really remember much about the surgery. I remember going into the doctor's office and sitting in the chair and it took a while for him to find a vein that was good enough to put the sleeping stuff in (I don't know how to spell it right now.) When he found a vein I remember him asking me how I was doing and the clock said it was ten til four. The next thing I remember was coming awake and the time was ten after four and the nurse was asking me if I wanted my teeth. Then I fall back asleep I guess and I woke up again and I remember the doctor asking me how I was doing. Then I guess I fell asleep again and when I woke up the doctor was getting my mom and telling me what to do for the post-op and how to take care of everything. Then I got out of the chair and I heard the doctor telling me good job and we got into the car and went home. i was awake the entire time and talking to my mom and when I got home, I showed Chris my teeth and I guess I set them on his book (they were in a baggy) and I went and layed down on the couch and fell asleep. I woke up an hour later with an ice pack on my cheek and my mouth was throbbing. Ever since then I have been taking it easy and sleeping a lot so I can get rested up for school on Monday. I have gotten puffy and it's really hard to eat stuff. And the bottom left side of my lip is still numb. I don't think that is supposed to happen, but it's still numb. Hopefully that will go away soon. We will see though!

First Day Of School...

Well, it's the start of a new semester. This semeseter I will graduate in May with my Generals and hopefully be accepted into the nursing program for the beginning of next semester. it's going to be a ton of work. Chris is home and we had to take first day of school pictures. He had never done that before. It was kinda neat haha! And when we were leaving the one class that we have together this semester, we were talking about his shirt, and I said, "Hey, I'm wearing pink and gray today too!" We were matching and we didn't even know it! It was pretty crazy! So obviously we had to take a picture also haha! It was a fun crazy day!!

New Years

Last week Chris went up to Tucson to build a toybox at his grandpa's house while his dad had a doctors appointment. I went up there on Thursday to hang and "help" build the toybox, which was helping to rotate the box when needed haha! That was difficult for me because the toybox was just about an inch shorter than I am. It's a pretty big box and it looks great! We had a good time hanging out with his grandparents and just chilling. While Chris was working on a shelf that his grandma wanted made, there was a javelina that ran in front of him and he was like what the heck?! So we went looking and there were four javelina just chilling in his grandparents backyard. So we got a picture of that. On New Years Eve we watched the ball fall at midnight, which was a first for me. I have never stayed up long enough to watch it! And I don't have TV which makes it kinda hard to watch also. So that was fun. Then we went to bed and finished the toybox in the morning. On Friday night, his grandparents took us out to dinner at Micayos, which was delicious. I had never eaten there before either and we had a fun time and got some good pictures! On Saturday we drove to Buckeye for Cheyenne's birthday party and Kim's baby shower. I don't have any pictures from either of those but they were really fun and we had a blast on our mini vacation!

Temple Lights

This year my family and I went to Mesa to see the temple lights. They were awesome! We spent the day up in Mesa shopping and hanging out. The lights were beautiful and we enjoyed going very much.

While we were doing our shopping we went into a best buy and outside was a little bug that said "Geek Squad" on it and my sister and I had to get a picture next to it, of course and they were AWESOME!! And of course, we had to put on our Geek faces! It was pretty much great!
